These Terms of Use govern your use of The Syndicate Diaries mobile application and website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.

About The Syndicate Diaries

The Syndicate Diaries is designed to help anglers record catches, save fishing locations, analyse fishing conditions and improve their understanding of waters through personal data collection.

The app is intended for personal use only.

Accounts

To use certain features of the app you must create an account using a valid email address.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login details secure.

• Maintaining the accuracy of your account information.

• All activity carried out using your account.

Subscriptions

The Syndicate Diaries offers optional Pro subscriptions that unlock premium features.

Subscriptions are available as:

• Monthly Pro

• Yearly Pro

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Deleting your Syndicate Diaries account does not automatically cancel your subscription. Any active subscription must be cancelled through the store from which it was purchased.

Premium Features

Pro subscriptions may include features such as:

• Saving fishing spots

• Carp sightings and activity mapping

• Catch analysis

• Wind direction filtering

• Moon phase filtering

• Seasonal filtering

• Advanced watercraft tools

• Additional future Pro features

Features may change over time as the app is updated.

User Content

You retain ownership of any photos, notes, catches, maps or other information you upload.

By using the app you confirm that:

• You own the content you upload.

• You have permission to upload it.

• The content does not infringe the rights of others.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload unlawful or offensive content.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the app or its servers.

• Interfere with the operation or security of the service.

• Misuse the app in any fraudulent manner.

Accounts may be suspended or terminated for serious misuse.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time from within the app by navigating to:

Account Settings → Delete Account and Data

Deleting your account permanently removes your personal data from The Syndicate Diaries servers in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Availability

We aim to keep the app available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service.

Features may be updated, modified or removed without notice.

Limitation of Liability

The Syndicate Diaries is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of fishing data resulting from device failure.

• Temporary service interruptions.

• Decisions made based on information recorded within the app.

Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of the app after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Apple App Store

If you download The Syndicate Diaries from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA):
